Angela deals with all general enquiries and is responsible for the operational aspects of the project including the content of the website, managing the events schedule, and preparing publicity material. She manages the relationship with our funding organisation, and ensures records are kept up to date. Angela joined the project from Nottingham Business School, and has many years experience of project coordination in the education sector. She has an MA in Literature.

Frankie joined Future Factory in July 2011 after undertaking an MSc in Environmental Consultancy. Prior to this Frankie worked for a large, international fashion retailer working on sustainability and ethical trading. Frankie's interest in the natural environment came about whilst reading for a BSc in Zoology, and she remains heavily involved in wildlife conservation. Frankie contributes to the research, development and evaluation of Future Factory projects drawing upon her knowledge of sustainability and experience of working within SMEs.

Adrian joined Future Factory in 2011 and has extensive experience in the sustainability sector, including working for Global Action Plan. His previous role involved working with local communities and large corporates on people engagement and sustainability. Adrian also undertook VSO teaching A-levels in rural West Africa for a number of years. This experience exposed him to a greater understanding of cultural issues along with actively living a low carbon lifestyle. Adrian has a BSc and MSc in the environmental Earth sciences, a PGDip in Globalisation, Identity and Technology, and is an Associate of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. Since 2009 Adrian has been studying cabinet making, and at weekends can often be found working on his allotment.

Rosalind joined Future Factory in 2012 after previously working as an energy efficiency analyst in a consultancy firm. She has a BSc in Physics with Astrophysics and an MSc in Low Carbon Building Design and Modelling, and enjoys finding sustainable solutions to interesting and varied problems. An active member of the Woodcraft Folk, Rosalind loves democracy, equality, sustainability and tents.

With over 10 years' experience in the energy sector, Debra has joined NTU from Hestia Managed Services, an energy consultancy where she delivered services to the public sector and businesses to support renewables and energy efficiency. After achieving a first class degree in Environmental Sustainability she was appointed as Renewable Energy Programme Manager for Groundwork in Wales and developed a range of community based energy initiatives with local authorities. Using her extensive experience of funding and project development skills, Debra developed a number of programmes that were rolled out across Wales for the social housing sector, namely Solar Water Heating in Social Housing and a Natural Fibre Insulation grant scheme. She also developed a flagship project called Positive Energy which focused on community based energy. Before joining Hestia in August 2008 she managed all Operations and Programme delivery for Groundwork in Wales.

Lynn has been working with SMEs and creative organisations for several years having begun her business career in the retail industry. An academic at Nottingham Business School, she has research interests in supply chain and operations management, specifically with reference to SMEs. She has been involved in many UK and European funded SME support projects.
