Welcome to NTU Student Accommodation Services

If you have applied to NTU as your first choice university then you will need to think about accommodation. As an offer holder with NTU you’ll be sent your unique NTU ID number soon after you select us as your first choice on UCAS. You’ll need this to access the online booking system.

Current availability
The booking system opened on 14 May and city centre residences have filled very quickly.

We still have great quality university accommodation left at both Meridian Court and The Maltings. Both of these are only a 15 minute bus ride from the city centre and benefit from a free NCT bus pass which can be used on any NCT route. In either residence you will benefit from all the great services that are included in university accommodation such as Residence Advisors to support you throughout your first year, Fresher’s reps to help you settle in, 24 hours security for your peace of mind and many more.
