City site

The Schools located here are:

University residences serving the City site: Blenheim, Gill Street, Sandby, Hampden, The Maltings, Meridian Court, Norton Court, Simpsons, Canterbury Court, Clarendon Court, Fletcher Terrace, Gordon House and Mill House.

Clifton campus

The Schools located here are:

University residences on the Clifton campus: New Hall, Peverell and 1-12 College Drive.  

Brackenhurst campus

The School located here is:

University residences serving the Brackenhurst campus: Brackenhurst, The Willows, Sycamore, The Limes, Southill House and Houses Three and Four.

Popular private sector student areas by campus

There are many areas in Nottingham that are popular with students. These areas are all either in walking distance to one of NTU's campuses or a short bus or tram ride away. Excellent transport links mean that there are many suitable areas for you to live in relation to the City site. Many students choose to live in the city centre, but you may need to pay higher rent. Popular areas easily commutable to the City site include:

Clifton campus is about 4.5 miles outside of the city centre with excellent transport links to the City site every 12 minutes via the Unilink bus service Four during term-time. This means that you will have the flexibility to choose accommodation either in the city or near to Clifton. Suitable areas for Clifton campus include:

Brackenhurst campus is an idyllic, 200-hectare estate which is situated about 14 miles from Nottingham, close to the market town of Southwell. Please contact the Student Accommodation Services for suitable private sector accommodation in this area.
