Information for landlords
Student Accommodation Services work closely with landlords in the private sector to facilitate the advertisement of suitable and safe housing for students in Nottingham. We ensure that your property is of a suitable and safe standard by asking you to become accredited by Unipol Student Homes, a charity that works nationally to improve the standards in student housing.
In order to advertise via our website, you will need to register with Unipol and they will arrange for an accreditation officer to inspect your property.
They will advise you of how to register your properties which can be by any of the methods listed below.

- By post
- In person
Landlords will benefit by paying one advertising fee to Unipol to cover advertising:
- on the Unipol site
- via the Nottingham Trent University accommodation site through the Unipol system.
