Private halls of residence
Booking for NTU accommodation will go live in spring 2012. Due to the high demand for University accommodation, you may not be able to secure a room in our residences. But don't worry, when our halls are full we turn to a number of privately-built halls of residence located around the city, many of which offer us exclusive deals.
NTU's Student Accommodation Services Team work with these providers to reserve flats solely for NTU freshers. To be housed in one of these flats, you must book via NTU's Student Accommodation Service. Many of the special deals we have agreed with these providers are unique to the allocation we hold. Although you may book directly with the provider, you will not be guaranteed accommodation with other NTU first year students and may not be offered the same deal.
The private hall providers ensure their standards closely align to that of NTU's own halls of residence and don't worry, we make sure you're not forgotten about when it comes to settling in and finding your way around. Many of these halls have their own NTU Fresher Reps to help you during Welcome Week.
Any referral agreements for private halls of residence for 2012-13 will be announced on this page once NTU residences are full.
