| International baccalaureate | Considered for undergraduate degrees, required grade varies from course to course, ranging from 28 – 34 points. |
| Sri Lankan general certificate | Grades are comparable to the A-level tariff and can be considered for first year entry on to undergraduate study. |
| Bachelor general degree (three years) | Grades of 55% (2.1), 50% (2.2) considered for postgraduate taught courses. |
| Bachelor special degree (four years) | Grades of 55% (2.1), 50% (2.2) considered for postgraduate taught courses. |
