EU student tuition fees 2013/14

Undergraduate course fees

The home tuition fee rate for all full-time undergraduate degree courses will be £8,750 (subject to approval from the Office for Fair Access). For foundation degrees, the home tuition fee will be £6,500 (subject to approval from the Office for Fair Access). The level of the tuition fee for the second and subsequent years of the course may vary, within the limitations imposed by UK Government policy.

If you have a year-long placement as part of your sandwich course, or a year abroad as part of the Erasmus programme you will not have to pay a fee for that year.  Tuition fees currently vary for part-time courses at this University.  From September 2012, universities in England can charge new part-time undergraduate students up to £6,750 a year (i.e. 75% of the maximum fee for full-time students). Further information on current fee levels for part-time students is available on the Academic Schools' web pages.

Postgraduate course fees

The University reviews and sets tuition fee levels on an annual basis. The amount payable in fees depends on the duration of your course and mode of study.

In cases where an employer or other sponsor takes responsibility for payment of fees, some evidence may be required. Visit our online payment site for more information about the fee payment methods available to you. This allows you to pay your fees by credit or debit card or to set up instalment payments by direct debit.

Further information on current fee levels is also available on the Academic Schools' pages:

Research course fees
