Nottingham Language Centre

Nottingham Language Centre (NLC) at NTU provides a range of high quality courses to University and external students in:

• language training
• language teacher training
• professional development for teachers.

For more information on the latter, please see our MA English Language Teaching course. We also provide modern self-study resource centres for students at the City site and Clifton campus.

In-sessional English Language Support classes are available to all international students studying on degree courses at NTU.

Staff in the NLC are drawn from the English as a Foreign Language and Languages and International Studies teams in the School of Arts and Humanities. Find out more about the courses available here.

Nottingham Language Centre is a member of English UK and its English language courses are accredited by the British Council.
