Responsible for all aspects of resourcing, employee relations and development for some 2500 staff across the University, the HR function stays close to the business by operating a devolved Business Partner model within each College and Professional Services.
The Business Partners work as part of each management team to implement change, deliver the HR agenda and improve service provision whilst operating in partnership with centralised HR specialist teams responsible for Policy & Reward, Professional Development, Equal Opportunities & Diversity, Health & Safety and Training & Development.
