International Development Office
The International Development Office is the central co-ordinating function for international student recruitment activity within the University. Working with other central units and colleagues from each of the four Colleges of the University, it designs and implements recruitment strategies designed to attract and retain international students.
Specifically the IDO:
- manages the University's relationship with recruitment partners including agents, the Nottingham Trent International College, the British Council and partner universities and colleges world-wide.
- offers strategic and tactical marketing advice on international recruitment issues.
- manages the International Scholarships and Student Ambassador programmes.
- manages the international marketing communications function including the production of international specific marketing collateral - including hard copy, websites and e-marketing materials.
- provides a specialist international admissions service.
