Conference fees are as follows:

Early Bird: £390 +VAT (available until 19 March 2013)

Day rate: £150 +VAT

What the fees include
The conference fees include lunch* and break refreshments.

Also included in the fees are all three proposed field trips / site visits. These include, a visit to Culloden Visitor Centre; a day trip along the Great Glen Geological Fault; and a trip to Fort George. Visit the programme page for more details on the proposed conference activities.

*with the exception of the day trip along the Great Glen Geological Fault where there will be an additional £9.50 for a packed lunch provided by the MacDonald Aviemore Resort, which is optional.

What the fees do not include
The conference fees do not include accommodation. The conference venue, MacDonald Aviemore Resort Conference Centre, has range of accommodation options available for delegates; these will be published shortly in early 2013.

To allow flexibility for our conference delegates, evening meals are not included in the conference fees. Instead, delegates will have opportunity to choose from an array of options from either the MacDonald Aviemore Resort or from a number of restaurants in Aviemore.
