Updating network shares

Have you moved offices lately?

It's really important that you keep your location information up to date. Many internal departments rely on your office location to deliver their services to you. By ensuring that your contact details are always correct, you'll not miss out on targeted building related email messages about breaks or changes to services and our support technicians will always be able to find you.

So, if you have recently moved offices, you will need to update your location information using the update my contact details form on the web. This will automatically update your details in the Outlook Global Address List. If you prefer, you can also add an alternative contact phone number, perhaps your work mobile.

If your telephone extension has changed, please contact the Service Desk with your new telephone number so that we can ensure that your details are updated in the telephone directory systems including voicemail and billing and update your details in the Global Address list.
