Customer satisfaction - your participation

You will be given the chance to offer feedback on our services and facilities at all times and to participate in regular reviews and surveys. The results of all surveys and service reviews will be made available on our web pages and library notice boards.

Individual comments

We welcome any comments about our services and invite your suggestions on how we can improve what we do. All individual comments contribute to our service plans and priorities and receive a personal reply unless otherwise indicated.  Fill in a form online or in any library.
