Contact us

There are a number of ways you can contact us to find out information, ask for help or to tell us what you think of our services.

Contact the Information Desk for:

  • all general enquiries, queries about borrowing and returning books and other items
  • basic problems with IT applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • help with using photocopiers, PCs, printers and other equipment.

This can be done in person or online in the following ways.

In person

  • See us in person at the Information Desk in your library during library opening hours.
  • Ask one of the roving Information Assistants for help as they tour the libraries and resource rooms.

Online

Use the Information Direct service to chat to us online, no matter where you are. Look out for the Information Direct - Chat buttons on the Library website. The service is available Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 8.30 pm.

Email us or contact an Information Direct adviser online (during term-time opening hours) using the button on the right.

Telephone

Telephone us on +44 (0)115 848 2175 - you can hear a recorded message detailing the current opening hours or speak to a member of staff (during library opening hours).

Subject-related enquiries or academic staff enquiries
