- Most of the second floor has been designated an amber zone for quiet study.
- The far end of this floor has been designated a red zone for silent study. There are additional silent study rooms on this floor.
- PCs, printers and photocopiers are available.
- The main law collection is located here.
- You will find law textbooks (books with shelfmarks from 340 to 349) near the atrium balcony.
- The Law Reference Collection (law journals, law reports, legislation and legal encyclopaedias) is also shelved here.
- Pamphlets are small thin books which, for ease of access, are kept in sturdy pamphlet boxes on this floor.
- Most oversize books are shelved here (with the exception of shelfmarks 700-800). They are larger than most of our bookstock and require taller shelving.
