Brackenhurst first floor and mezzanine
Floor
- The mezzanine and first floor can only be accessed by stairs. A fetch and carry service is available from the reception and information desk.
- You will find books here with shelfmarks from 670-999 and back issues of journals.
- There are PCs available for use throughout the library and resource rooms, giving access to the internet, email and Microsoft Office. Some machines have assistive technologies. Scanners, photocopiers and colour printing facilities are available.
- Brackenhurst Library is a wireless zone.
- The Time Out Room is a green zone where you can relax and take a break from your studies.
- This is also a group study area. Laptops are available for use here. Please ask at the Reception and Information Desk.
- A silent study room is available along the corridor.
- The Information Skills Training Room is where library staff provide regular training sessions to help you to find, evaluate and use information resources. Some training events can be booked online.
- This room is available as a drop-in resource room when not in use for training sessions.
