Supporting Nottingham Business School 
We are aware that many of our alumni are keen to stay involved with us and often wish to give something back. As an alumni, there are many ways in which you can support Nottingham Business School and current students:

• projects
• placements
• open days/fairs
• guest lectures.

MBA consultancy projects
Consultancy projects are a key feature of Nottingham Business School's MBA. Alumni are often well placed to promote this service to senior management within their own organisations who might welcome the input of an MBA executive team on a strategic issue.

The projects have been extremely successful, with companies welcoming the contribution of fresh eyes, neutral parties and brain power in examining internal issues differently, or undertaking projects which they simply don't have time to do themselves. Clients are mostly among smaller to medium size firms although larger clients include:

• GE. 

Some projects are reserved for the NFP sector.

Placements
Nottingham Business School believes that a work placement plays an essential role in the development of high quality graduates, and is therefore committed to the value of a placement experience in producing mature, vocationally-focused graduates.

Some of you may have undertaken placements as part of your degree, and now may be in a position to offer placements within your company. If so, please contact our Placement and Employment Service via email, who will be able to provide you with details of programmes on offer and how to go about employing a placement student.

Attending open days and international fairs
Prospective students are always keen to speak to former graduates to assist their decision making.
