Who is the MSc aimed at?
The MSc in Management and Leadership is aimed at junior managers, experienced managers and senior / potential senior managers. It builds upon the practical and work-based ways in which people develop managerial understanding, sensitivity to organisational events and their ability to make business choices.
Tailored to your organisation
One of the key features of the MSc is its ability to be tailored to a particular organisation or client's need. Module 2 within the Postgraduate Certificate can be tailored to suit your organisation's needs and for example could comprise a different subject area such as talent management, retail management, supply chain management or food science.
Programme structure
Studied over a three year period, the MSc in Management and Leadership (incorporating the PG CML, and PG DML) is studied on a part time basis with each module being delivered in short blocks.
Modules will normally last from three to six days and timetabled with approximately 12 week gaps in between. This will be decided by your company. Participants may be colleagues drawn exclusively from your own company or from a consortium of different companies.

The structure of the programme has been designed to offer you a balance of independent study, as well as working and learning with colleagues on the programme
Assessment
Programme teaching, learning and assessment has been designed in collaboration with organisations to ensure that delegates day jobs are integral to their learning and development. The programme has been designed to allow delegates to address real management/organisational problems and produce solutions to real organisational issues and challenges. Assessment methods will include work-based assignments, group work assessment as well an extended research project.
