At the International Centre for Public Services Management (ICPSM) we facilitate the development of individuals and organisations within the public services.

Our mission
ICPSM is a centre of excellence for the provision of academic programmes, training, consultancy and research to public service organisations locally, nationally and internationally.

We provide the following services:

• postgraduate and professional management programmes
• CIPFA courses
• short courses and bespoke education
• research.

ICPSM is ran by a team of academics many of whom are experienced public services practitioners. Many members of the Centre are involved in active research projects for local authorities, government and third sector organisations.
