The International Centre for HR Innovation offers:
- an applied research cluster of HR researchers engaged in funded research to generate research data and insights relevant to practitioners' needs
- knowledge transfer/networking opportunities for practitioners and academics to provide a reflexive, evidence-based decision-making environment through which HR directors can learn to lead their functions
- management tools and consultancy advice to HR functions in organisations across sectors via diagnostics and solutions
- dissemination of our work through academic media and leading business media outlets to re-enforce business-knowledge transfer.
