Our talent management research and consulting practice is led by Professor Carole Tansley. 

Our research and consulting team is extensive, consisting of researchers not only active in Nottingham Trent University but also in partner institutions in the UK, USA, Norway and Vienna. As well as expertise in talent management, our associates are active in research in international and comparative HRM, career development, knowledge management, management ethics, e-HR, human capital management and organizational improvisation and structuring for innovative organizations.
