Companies are becoming increasingly involved with universities through placements and sponsored degrees as an essential element in managing their recruitment and talent pipeline.
Nottingham Business School offers two types of sponsored degrees
Three year sponsored
- The first involves students working full-time at your company whilse concurrently studying for their honours degree. The programme allows companies to recruit directly from A-Level students or from within their existing staff, as an internal talent development route.
- Related Nottingham Business School courses include: BA (Hons) Management and Leadership
Two year sponsored
- The second involves students studying for a year at Nottingham Trent University before working at your company in years two and three. Although working full-time in years two and three, students will be required to complete University assignments and attend study weeks.
- Related Nottingham Business School courses: BA (Hons) Business Management (In-Company).
- Typically, employers financially sponsor the students on both routes by covering tuition fee cost (either fully or a proportion) and by providing a salary for the role they undertake within the company, as well as releasing them to attend the study blocks.
