Top up information
At Nottingham Business School you can upgrade your HND, Foundation degree or equivalent qualifications to a full Bachelor degree in less than one year. Each top-up course is designed to give you the knowledge and skills that employers are looking for, opening the door to an exciting, challenging and rewarding career.
We currently offer three top-up honours degrees.
BA (Hons) Business Finance
Why choose this course?
This intensive course will extend your knowledge of the principles and practice of Accounting and Finance. It is expected that this degree will give you exemption from various professional exams.
BA (Hons) International Business Administration
Why choose this course?
This course is ideal if you already have a relevant HND qualification or equivalent and now want to further your understanding of business. You will develop specialist skills for international business and management, focusing on a range of organisational functions and territories.
BA (Hons) Marketing Management
Why choose this course?
You already have a sound foundation in Marketing, but now want to develop your skills and understanding of principles, theory and practice across a range of contexts. This contemporary course reflects the needs of employers and produces graduates capable of hitting the ground running.
Each top-up degree is open to holders of relevant Associate Degrees, HND awards or equivalent. Also, those who have completed a relevant university or college course (to the equivalent of the first two years of a UK degree – 240 credit points – 120 ECTS) either inside or outside of the UK, are welcome to apply to transfer. The top-up course is worth a further 120 credit points or 60 ECTS.
All courses are studied over one full academic year (31 study weeks).
