BAFA Conference

We have the pleasure of welcoming you to the 2013 joint annual conference of the British Accounting and Finance Association (BAFA) Northern Area Group and Interdisciplinary Perspectives Special Interest Group, hosted by the Money, Risk and Finance Research Group, Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. 

The conference aims to provide participants with the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas, to discuss new concepts and progressive methodologies, and to present their current research work.

This year, the BAFA Northern Area Group has linked up with The Journal of Applied Accounting Research (JAAR). JAAR has agreed to devote a special issue for selected papers presented at this conference to be published at the end of 2014. The papers for the special issue will be subjected to double-blind peer review in line with the journal’s normal practice. We would like to encourage you to consider submitting your paper to the special issue (see JAAR Special Issue Tab on this site for details).
