Colloquium overview
Nottingham Business School is delighted to be hosting the Twentieth International Colloquium on Relationship Marketing from 25 - 27 September 2012. NBS is one of the UK's leading Business Schools and the 2012 Colloquium will be the twentieth event marking a rich history of innovative and engaging thinking about Relationship Marketing. Our theme for the 2012 Colloquium, 'Human experiences…and beyond, to co-creation' aims to explore the role of human engagement platforms in an increasingly technological environment and reflects the work of our keynote speaker Professor Venkat Ramaswamy, Hallman Fellow of Electronic Business and Professor of Marketing at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, USA. Venkat is a globally recognised thought leader, idea practitioner, and eclectic scholar with wide-ranging interests in innovation, strategy, marketing, branding, information technology, operations, and the human side of the organisation.

In 2012, the twentieth ICRM promises to celebrate the work achieved over years in establishing a leading and international academic forum with a spectacular programme of both academic and social events. The ICRM video provides a taste of what to expect.
