HR Forum - Strategy to Action: Building Leadership Resilience: Preventing Talent Derailment
Details:
Nottingham Business School would like to invite you to our new HR Forum series: HR: From Strategy to Action. This first event Building Leadership Resilience: Preventing Talent Derailment is designed to provide HR leaders with the latest thinking in leadership and talent development.
The pressures on our leadership population have never been greater. A difficult economic climate, unparalleled change and increasing follower expectations means that leaders need to not only have the skills and knowledge to be good leaders. They also need personal resilience to succeed and cope with these increasing demands.
It's not only our leadership population that we need to focus attention on in times of transformation and change. We also need to think about the impact of this on our top talent. This first forum shares latest thinking in talent derailment, a topic which is gaining significant momentum.
