Fiona Bruce presents University with top education award
Nottingham Trent University has this week walked away with one of the most coveted awards in the world of higher education – an annual Heist Award. The University beat all UK universities and higher education colleges to take the Gold Award for the Best International Student Recruitment Campaign.
The annual HEIST awards aim to celebrate and reward best practice in educational public relations and marketing, and the charity has been instrumental in developing professional practitioners in the HE marketing sector.
The Awards were presented at the 17th Annual Heist Awards ceremony, a gala event held at Manchester United's Old Trafford stadium, and hosted by television presenter Fiona Bruce.
Earlier in the day a conference on The Future, New Technology and its Implications for Education, featured an all-star line up of industry professionals and leading trade magazine editors. These included Felicity Goodey, Chief Executive of MediaCity:UK, and top level representatives from Comic Relief, 02, the Charted Institute of Marketing, PR Week and Guardian Online.
