We are delighted to be part of the ERASMUS exchange programme and welcome a number of exchange students to the Law School each year. We also encourage our current students to take part in this programme and study with one of our partner universities.
Incoming students
Taking part in a student exchange scheme is a great way to experience a new culture and to meet new friends, Studying Law in England will give you an opportunity to reflect on the differences in how law is made here compared to your own country and to appreciate other legal systems.
We offer exchanges on:
- LLB (Hons) Law
- LLB (Hons) International Law
Your options are:
- Study for one semester (Spring) on LLB (Hons) Law
- Study for one semester (Autumn) on LLB (Hons) Law
- Study for one full year on LLB (Hons) Law
- Study for one full year on LLB (Hons) International Law
The closing dates for the full year options and for the spring semester is 1 November. The closing date for the autumn semester option is 31 May.

Nottingham Law School students
The Erasmus exchange programme provides a marvellous opportunity to spend a semester or a year in Europe as part of your degree. You will benefit from both the academic and personal experiences during this time. You will experience another culture and a new way of looking at Law. You can make new friends and grow as a person.
The exchange programme is currently for students studying:

Study abroad
Nottingham Law School has a student exchange agreement with Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. The exchange is for one semester, February-July.
