World Bank appointment for insolvency professor

Paul Omar, professor of International and Comparative Insolvency Law at Nottingham Law School, has been appointed as a consultant to the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a division of the World Bank.

Public opinion and representations of youth behaviour has led to juveniles being branded as offenders rather than victims, with less of a focus on societal and parental responsibility and reform, research from Nottingham Law School has suggested.
