Welcome to the webpages of the Centre for Business and Insolvency Law. This new research Centre replaces the Insolvency and Corporate Law Research Group (ICLRG) which was established in 2008 under the leadership of Professor Adrian Walters. The Centre’s fields of research have been considerably widened in order to encourage the participation of as many staff members as possible.
