Research News
In his capacity as Senior Consultant for the Debt Resolution & Business Exit Team (IFC / World Bank), Professor David Burdette is currently involved in insolvency law projects in Eastern Europe and Africa. The projects range from providing diagnostic analysis on specific insolvency systems, to providing technical assistance on specific insolvency law reform programmes.
Nottingham Law School’s Centre for Business and Insolvency Law will be hosting its annual International Insolvency Law Conference in 2013. Details to be made available soon.
