Information for sponsored students 2009/10
Fully sponsored by company/organisation If your tuition fees are being met fully by your employer or other organisation, we require either a purchase order from your
sponsor or a letter from them on official headed paper. This should be signed by an authorised officer of the company/organisation
confirming the amount they are paying on your behalf and quoting your full name and programme you are studying. This letter
should be sent to Credit Control. We will invoice your sponsor accordingly, however, please be aware that you are personally liable for any unpaid fees. Once
this letter is received, we will amend our systems and when you enrol online, you will be automatically fully enrolled onto
your course.
Partly sponsored by company/organisation If your tuition fees are being partly met by your employer or organisation, we require either a purchase order from your sponsor
or a letter from them on official headed paper. This should be signed by an authorised officer of the company/organisation
confirming the amount they are paying on your behalf and quoting your full name and programme you are studying. We will invoice
your sponsor accordingly, however, please be aware that you are personally liable for any unpaid fees. If you wish to pay
by instalments, your contribution to fees must total £500 or more. You should arrange to pay your share of the tuition fees
by paying online. Where it is not possible to use the online payment system, you can send full payment of your share of the fees by post in
the form of a cheque or bankers draft. Please send your payment with a completed fee payment form which can be downloaded
and printed. Or you may contact the Credit Control Office and provide your credit/debit card details or bank details to arrange an instalment plan.
