Supported by an advisory board of construction clients and supply chain companies, the Centre for Lean Projects offers you a wide range of short courses and training opportunities. Courses ranges from short continuing professional development presentations, webinars and one-day events through to one-week intensive blocks. All are conveniently held at our City site. Courses can also be tailored to your requirements and delivered at your company if preferred. Consultancy services by specialist Lean Project professionals is also available.
