Your business

In order to be eligible for support from RKEC, your business must answer the following questions:

• Is your company a sole trader, partnership, or incorporated company?
• Is this your company's first assistance from the RKEC project?
• Does your company employ fewer than 250 employees?
• Is your business aware of potential Annex 1 exclusion?
• At your last accounting date did the company have assets less liabilities worth no more than £11.4m net (or £13.68m gross) or an annual turnover not exceeding £22.8m net (or £27.36m gross)?
• Is your company not more than one quarter owned by a company or companies that do not comply with the above requirements?
• Is your company willing to provide its GVA data?
• Is your company willing to complete the follow-up forms for jobs created, improving performance, graduate placements?
• Has your company been in receipt of any state aid in the last three years (such as Single Farm Payment)?
• Is your company happy for their details are passed on to Business Link?
