Brackenhurst food pilot plant laboratories
Our pilot plant manufacturing and analytical equipment is situated in several laboratories and used to enhance the learning experience of students. It is also available for use by food and drink companies in the region in support of trials, product development and analytical work. The equipment enables us to carry out production trials and relevant analyses of food products including gas content of packaged products, microbiological, chemical and textural features.
