This project covers the design of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for Skylight Media, a web design company based in Nottingham, using techniques of database mapping that utilise translation rules expressed in XML.
The objective is to integrate the heterogeneous customers’ database systems to provide a unified view/interface for the management of the CRM databases.
