The Future Factory Research and Consultancy Centre brings together multidisciplinary expertise and state of the art equipment into one creative environment.
The facility is to designed to support businesses and organisations in working with the University on collaborative projects around smart design, manufacturing and innovative technologies.

Creative Access digital representation and visualisation tools in the Creative and Virtual Technologies Research Lab.
Knowledge and support for development of sustainable products, systems and buildings, including product lifecycle assessment and product quality using professional software tools, and renewable energy systems and simulators.
Expertise in smart technologies and materials including developments in medical devices, intelligent systems, 3D printing, and surgical robots.
