Future Factory - Promoting sustainable design
The Future Factory project offers SMEs in the East Midlands a fantastic opportunity to draw on the expertise they need to develop more efficient and sustainable ways of doing business.
Future Factory, partly funded by European Regional Development Fund, can provide up to 90% of the funding for eligible SME to:
- Work on a specially tailored collaboration with NTU academics and other experts.
- Focus on real ways of initiating change within their organisation.
The Hive
The Hive is Nottingham Trent University's purpose-built Centre for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise. Aimed at individuals and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in all sectors, they support the creation of new businesses and can offer help to anyone with a viable business idea.
Located in Nottingham city centre, The Hive run the successful HeadStart programme, designed to help you shape your business concept, identify and evaluate the opportunities and potential, and structure a business plan.
The Hive@Mansfield is The Hive's outreach project to the north of the county. Like The Hive, it aims to help you develop your business idea into a successful and profitable business. The Hive@Mansfield runs the Proof of Concept programme, suitable for a wide variety of businesses, from pre-start and emerging businesses to well established businesses.
