If you are in Y12 and have a keen interest in current affairs, international trends and understanding the changing world in which we live? Then Nottingham Trent University would like to invite you to our Politics and International Relations Masterclass because it gives you the opportunity to:

• meet academics who teach at the University
• find out more about the Politics and International Relations courses we offer
• experience a taster university lecture
• hear about where our graduates are now
• meet some of our current undergraduates
• have a look around our City site
• ask us lots of questions!

Priority will be given to schools and colleges in the East Midlands. We focus our resources and efforts on the following target groups:

• those who were previously identified as being in the Aimhigher cohort
• those who come from a disadvantaged background
• those who are in receipt of free school meals
• those who are from a care background
• those who have a disability
• those who are currently disengaged or, in your professional opinion, require additional intervention to increase motivation and attainment.
