Classes available
A full description of each class we offer is shown below.

Core stability and flexibility classes will aim to improve flexibility, core strength and body conditioning. Expect to flatten your abs, strengthen muscles and improve posture with one of these popular classes.
Fitness Yoga
Practice the traditional art of Yoga to relax your body, whilst developing strength and flexibility. During a Yoga session, the instructor will lead you through a series of moves that will aim to improve core stability and body conditioning. Each class finishes with five minutes of relaxation to set you up nicely for the day.
Pilates
This method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises that works the entire body. Expect to flatten your abs, strengthen your core muscles, increase flexibility, firm buttocks/thighs, and improve your posture.
Yogalates
This class gives you the best of both! It combines the strength and flexibility elements of fitness yoga whilst also utilising the principles of pilates.
Pole fitness
Pole fitness is an empowering and skilful form of dance that offers many health and fitness benefits. Pole fitness takes elements from all types of dance such as ballet, gymnastics and acrobatics. Guaranteed to give you a top workout, places are limited so get in quick to avoid disappointment.
Supple Strength
During a Supple Strength class the instructor will engage your minds as well as your muscles! Blending elements of yoga, Pilates and body conditioning, you will experience a challenging holistic workout. You will explore exercises geared towards building strength and flexibility through a focus on posture, core stability and body alignment

Cardio classes will get your heart pumping and the sweat pouring! Guaranteed to leave you glowing afterwards, these classes will work towards weight loss and improved fitness.
Circuits
During this one hour class, our instructor will lead you through a variety of exercises that will build your core strength, stamina and flexibility – giving you a fantastic all-over workout!
Spin (studio cycling)
Spin (also known as studio cycling) is a high energy fitness session that burns hundreds of calories during a workout. Each bike has a resistance setting that can be altered to make the class specific to your needs. Spin is an excellent all body work-out, which builds leg strength and works you at optimum fat-burning intensity, which means you are guaranteed to burn calories!
Ultimate Fat Burn
This aerobics-based class will test you at a pace that will really make a difference to your fitness - a sure fire way of burning calories and fat, done to a soundtrack that will make you want to move!
Cardio Combat
Cardio Combat is a full-blooded non-contact cardio workout, inspired by martial arts principles and moves. In a typical class, you will strike, punch and kick your way through hundreds of calories, on your way to toned arms and a flat stomach!
Cardio kickboxing
Cardio kickboxing is a non-contact workout with pads, giving a total body workout. This class will firm the stomach, thighs and gluteals. Excellent for improving general fitness, participants will expect to burn 350-450 calories per hour.

Move to the music, bounce to the beat and roll with the rhythm in our dance-based classes. These classes are tremendously fun, energising workouts that tone your entire body as you dance your way to a fitter, healthier lifestyle.

The Zumba® programme fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness programme that will blow you away!
Experience an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements! Each class features interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

Toning workouts aim to help you towards the toned beach body you've always wanted. These classes focus on those problem areas (abs, hips, thighs and buttocks), so with a bit of hard work you’re guaranteed to see results!
Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT)
A class designed to tone and shape the areas we all want to improve our legs, bums and tums! This class will include toning exercises, floor work on a mat and some cardio work. A fantastic workout that is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
Firm and fabulous
Total toning to sculpt the perfect body and help you towards that toned beach body you've always wanted. This class works the stomach, hips, thighs and buttocks. Low impact and no co-ordination required! Ideal for beginners through to advanced participants.
Abs workout and stretch
This class gives participants a workout to sculpt those perfect abs you’ve always wanted. The session also includes an in-depth all-body stretching session to increase flexibility and relax muscle tension, which could lead to improved posture and general well-being.
Abs blast!
This class gives participants a short, sharp workout specifically for your abdominal muscles.

A typical combat fitness class is a great way of releasing some pent up energy! Kick, punch or wrestle your way to improved fitness.
Boxercise
Boxercise is a fun, fast-paced, stress busting workout that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping! A mix of fitness and strength exercise, focus pad work and abdominal conditioning to give you total body workout. Boxercise is suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. No boxing experience required and no sparring is involved.
Mixed Martial Arts
Get in a sweat with former-World kickboxing champion Owen King. A typical class will include a variety of punches and kicks to really work your arms and legs. It’s a great way of releasing some pent up energy!
