Our highly qualified instructors are happy to guide you through the use of our equipment and ensure you feel confident enough to come in and have a great workout.
Fitness programmes
A fitness programme will allow you to discuss your goals with the instructor and receive a programme designed specifically for you. If you want fantastic results then a programme is a great step in the right direction.
Half hour upgrade
We recommend booking an upgrade 4-6 weeks after an initial programme. Book a half hour upgrade when you feel you’d like to add some variety or you’re progress feels like it’s slowing down.
Fitness challenges
Keep an eye out for our challenges to win some prizes! Prizes include sports kit and gadgets. Challenge yourself to succeed in a short fitness challenge. The best male and female results win a prize with another prize being drawn at random from all those taking part. Check out our current challenge on our NTU Sport Facebook page
Express workout cards
Fancy adding some variety to your workouts? Our range of express workout cards cater for a variety of goals including toning, flexibility and strength. Simply take a card from the gym notice board to get started. There’s even a workout tracker you can complete on each card to see how many sessions you’ve performed.
