Struggling to focus on your University work? Is the pressure on and you just want a bit of time to yourself? Join us for an exercise class this term!
Even mild exercise (such as Pilates or fitness yoga) can release endorphins, which are the feel good hormones that improve your mood and suppress depression.
More vigorous exercise (such as bootcamp or spin) can help with managing your weight, by using up calories that would otherwise be stored as fat.

Our classes are absolutely free for sport and fitness members, giving you a low-cost option to a healthier lifestyle. We also offer a pay-as-you-go option of only £4 per class (for NTU students and staff).

It doesn't matter if you've never been to an exercise class before. Our highly experienced instructors will guide first timers through, or push you if you're a fitness fanatic!
