Activities for term 3 include:
- Lacrosse
We've all seen Lacrosse played in the films, and
now it's your chance to have a go! This beginners
session allows you to learn the rules and the basic
skills. This sessions is for both males and females.
- Volleyball
Two teams, one net and one ball. It's as simple as
that. Inspired by London 2012? Then come
along and give it a go. No experience necessary.
- Football
Looking for the chance to play football with and
against your fellow students? This informal
session is for you! The sessions will be structured
to allow all players to get as much time on the ball
as possible.
- Boxercise
During exam time we all need to relieve a bit of
tension and stress. Come along to this class which
uses boxing movements to give you a full body
workout. No boxing experience required and no
sparring is involved. Perfect for a break from
revision!
- Softball
Softball is a gentle introduction to the game of
baseball. Come along and learn the basic rules
and skills of the game that’s brand new to NTU.
- Netball
Rediscover the fun of netball or come and
try it for the first time. These sessions will
recap the rules, get you into a game and,
most importantly, make sure you have fun!
- Ultimate Frisbee
A mixed, non-contact sport which is perfect
for the summer term. The simple rules
make it easy to pick up and you'll be playing
in no time!
- Beginners Zumba
This popular class returns for the summer!
This session is for those that want to take it
a little bit easier and have a gentle
introduction to the craze that is Zumba!
- Dance Class
This beginners class will improve your
coordination, link moves together and look
a various dance styles.
- Tone and Stretch Class
Looking to tone up, increase your strength
and relax all at the same time? Then this
class is for you. Ideal for beginners.
