NTU Elite Sport scholars can benefit from one-to-one strength and conditioning support, tailored to develop and maximise performance potential. The Sport981 team have worked with numerous top professional sports clubs, coaches and elite athletes within the UK and abroad, in addition to producing some of the UK’s most promising future sporting prospects.

Many athletes have technical ability but a great athlete is one who can combine this with strength, speed, agility and power. Our training is specifically designed to develop key characteristics that athletes require to become world class competitors. With the right support athletes at all levels have the opportunity to unleash their performance potential and achieve more long term success throughout their career.
The support available includes everything an aspiring athlete requires, including:
- regular assessments to track development and support ongoing performance enhancement
- athlete and sport specific performance training
- feedback and ongoing communication with coaches, programme managers and physiotherapists to ensure the best possible performance gains.
