NTU ID and password
You will need your University ID and password to enrol for your course and book your accommodation.
Your NTU ID
This is printed on your offer letter and also in your confirmation/enrolment letter which is sent out late Summer. You will keep the same ID number throughout your time here and, once you're fully enrolled, it will give you access to all of the University's facilities.
Your NTU ID will begin with a capital letter N or T followed by a sequence of numbers, you will need to enter your ID in this exact format whenever you use NTU online services.
Your password
This is unique to you and works with your NTU ID to give you access to secure areas such as computer services, your email and library facilities.
Please go to the my password pages to retrieve your password. You'll be asked to supply a few items of data to prove your identity.
Make a note of your password for future reference, but remember to keep it confidential.
