How do I pay my fees?
1. Tuition Fee Loan for full-time undergraduate students paying home fees
Students who started their course at NTU before 1 September 2012
The maximum tuition fee loan in 2012 / 13 is £3,465 for those who are continuing a course that they started prior to 1 September 2012.
You will need to have applied no later than 29 June 2012 in order to have your 2012 / 13 tuition fee loan confirmed by the start of the academic year via Student Finance England. If you are not with Student Finance England, you must check with your national Student Finance Service for details.
If you miss the above deadline, you can still apply for a tuition fee loan up to nine months after the start of the academic year.
Students who started their course at NTU after 1 September 2012
The maximum tuition fee loan in 2012 / 13 is £8,500 for those who started their course after 1 September 2012.
You will need to have applied no later than 31 May 2012 in order to have had your 2012 / 13 tuition fee loan confirmed by the start of the academic year via Student Finance England. If you are not with Student Finance England, you must check with your national Student Finance Service for details.
If you miss the above deadline, you can still apply for a tuition fee loan up to nine months after the start of the academic year.
You will not be fully enrolled in academic year 2012 / 13 until the University has confirmation of how your tuition fees will be paid. In the case of those applying for the tuition fee loan, this confirmation comes directly from the Student Loans Company once:
- your Student Finance application has been assessed
- you have returned your online declaration (if applicable).
