Dependants
Before you submit an application, please check carefully that your family member (husband, wife or child) is entitled to remain in the UK as your dependant. Be aware that the rules may have changed since you made your last application. Once you have checked that they are eligible, each family member will need to complete their own Tier 4 PBS Dependant 
application form. Ensure that you have the most up-to-date version of the application form before you submit it to the Home Office.
