Dependants

Before you submit an application, please check carefully that your family member (husband, wife or child) is entitled to remain in the UK as your dependant. Be aware that the rules may have changed since you made your last application. The UKCISA online guide for Tier 4 family and their guidance note Your family's immigration are useful tools to check that your family members are entitled to remain in the UK as your dependants.

If they are eligible to apply in the UK, your dependants can be included in the Tier 4 student “print and send” application.
