Study support

As an international student, you may find that studying in the UK is different from your previous learning experience in your home country. The Starting at NTU webpages provide useful information to help students prepare themselves for their studies at NTU. If you need extra support to help you through the transition, there are a number of schemes aimed at providing help to all NTU students with their studies. NTU offers In-sessional English Language Support classes to all international students studying on degree courses at NTU. They provide focused support in the skills you need to develop your English in your own subject area and you are free to choose the language sessions which suit you best. Classes are held at both the City site and Clifton campus.

NTU also offers a University Language Programme to all students. This will enable you to study another language (either English or others) through accredited University modules.
