If you are not satisfied about an aspect of your learning experience, you can use the University Complaints Procedure for Students. Matters brought to the attention of relevant staff through the complaints procedure are regarded as valuable feedback and the procedure enables investigation of the concerns with the aim of satisfactory resolution.

Contact the Students' Union Advice Centre, if you would like to talk through your issues with the course and / or services available at NTU. They will give you impartial advice without the risk of a conflict of interest about the problems you are facing.

They will:

  • give you objective and confidential advice about your potential complaint
  • explore your options
  • talk you through the informal and formal ways you can complain either as an individual or group.
