Our current performance
We monitor our performance on a regular basis to ensure we are delivering the service we have promised. Our recent performance shown in the Student Services Centre Feedback Comparison
shows an overall satisfaction increase of 5% bringing the satisfaction level currently to 83%. The University Strategic Plan sets Gold Standard Customer Service at 70%, so we are currently operating at 13% above Gold Standard base level. Thank you for your invaluable feedback which we will use to further improve our service.
