Our current performance

We monitor our performance on a regular basis to ensure we are delivering the service we have promised. Our recent performance shown in the Student Services Centre Feedback Comparison PDF icon shows an overall satisfaction increase of 5% bringing the satisfaction level currently to 83%. The University Strategic Plan sets Gold Standard Customer Service at 70%, so we are currently operating at 13% above Gold Standard base level. Thank you for your invaluable feedback which we will use to further improve our service.

Our complaints procedure

Our complaints policy is in line with the University wide policies. Our complaints procedure PDF icon aims to deal with problems fully and resolve them whenever possible within a reasonable time limit.
